While it&#8217;s never fun to be in that situation, it is a good reminder to make sure our own words do not drain others.<\/p>\n<p>How can we be uplifting in our words? Use encouragement, reveal your concern for the other person, or ask questions to encourage a two-sided conversation. Try this and you will find you have made a positive impact on someone&#8217;s day.
